Wrong position of ruby text

Goals

This sub-project aims at solving one of the Asian specific problems with OpenOffice.org Writer, especially a position of Asian characters in vertical writing, including a position of ruby text.

Asian characters in various sizes are laid inappropriately in vertical writing.

The picture of Facts is taken with pure OpenOffice.org 2.3 while the picture of expectations is taken with OpenOffice.org 2.3 plus patches attached in the issues listed below.

Note that the Release 2008-02-29 has another bug in positioning ruby portion and the bug should be fixed soon.
