Help with help agent

In writer I normally don't mind it's suggestions or changes, but the one that annoying me is the " change, i have writer set to use UTF-8 but it keeps change the quotation marks into Windows-1252 marks... which of course when breaks when when I turn the page in a Character SET UTF-8 set web page 8( how can at least tell it to use change it to the UTF-8 version? --Roguebfl 09:03, 6 March 2008 (CET)
