Edit individual labels with Synchronise contents checkbox selected

First using

  1. Click File > New > Labels.
  2. On the Options tab, ensure that the Synchronise contents checkbox is selected.

In case you want to edit another label than the Masterlabel (top left one) after having synchronized the page.

If for example you just want to print just half / a third / two thirds of the page with labels aka print on the same sheet twice or edit a few labels to look a bit different

As you used the "Synchronise contents" checkbox when setting up the label sheet if you try to make individual adjustments you get the read-only message, as a precaution not to make individual changes that are after a click on the "synchronize labels" button wiped.

To allow individual changes / final touch before printing:

  1. Put the text cursor in the Master Label section (top left one)
  2. Go to the Statusbar and double click the area with the name "Master Label".
  3. A window pops up in which you can edit the properties, disable read-only, delete labels sections etc
