fjrial: Windows version - Now we can compile OpenOffice.org with Express Edition.. I think it's more interesting and better thant compile it with .net 2003 professional,

Hr: Sure, but this page is about the compilers used in production builds, which can't be deprecated on a whim. OpenOffice.org can be compiled with a lot more compilers, usually more up-to-date versions of the compilers mentioned here. A a side note, it's possible to ExpressEdition 2005 to compile OpenOffice.org, but you'll miss a (small) part of the functionality. A professional version is needed for that part.

fjrial: I didn't know that, what part of functionality gets lost????? I build galician version with express edition 2005, and i only noticed the new requirement about Net 2.0 Framework.

Hr: What get lost is the ActiveX support. No a big loss in my opinion.
