How do I remove an envelope from a document?

Removing an envelope from a document can be tricky. Work is being done to make this easier in the future. In the meantime, here are the steps to manually remove the envelope:
- Place the cursor at the beginning of the envelope page.
- If the Styles and Formatting window is not open, press F11 to open it.
- Change to the Page Styles options. It's the fourth icon from the left.
- Double-click on "Default".
- Remove the remaining elements.
