It seems so obvious, but one of the most overlooked "dietary secrets" on planet earth is:
+
Ongoing Motivation
+

Leveraging your brain to work FOR you rather than against you.
+

Mental leverage toward your highest goals on a consistent basis.

Here are 3 tips to help you achieve weight loss:
+

+
1. Use Neuro-Technology to your advantage:
+

+
Sounds fancy, but all that means is using audio tools like motivational tapes to help program your conscious and subconscious mind with "bigger picture goals" for weight loss.
+

+
This is nothing mystical; it's the science of how we LISTEN.
+

+
We listen using multiple "modes". We listen passively, physically (leaning forward and fully engaged), and without even knowing it (right now there are sounds you are suppressing as you read this without even knowing it.)
+

+
Neuro-Audios take advantage of this and help zero-in your mind on what is being said. This takes place because properly-written and recorded Neuro-Audios use language AND tonality (up to 17 different forms of tonality) to grab the attention of both hemispheres; your left and right brain.
+

+
Once both sides of your brain; your right side (emotional, creative) and your left side (logical, structural) are engaged, progress and motivation can occur exponentially faster.
+

+
2. Write down your goals... but do it like THIS:
+

+
We've all heard about the power of writing goals down... the stories of how people who do achieve hundreds of times the success than those who don't. Yet what you don't hear that much about is HOW to write them down.
+

+
Write your goal "headline"; or the thing you want to achieve. For example, "I want to weigh 80kg’s and have more energy for my kids 10 weeks from today." This goal includes exactly what you WANT, not what you want to "lose" (i.e. I did not say, "I want to lose 30 kilograms... rather, I stated what I want to end UP with and how that would look.) It also cited a definite timeline. Just make sure your timeline is reasonable.
+

+
THEN comes the magic:
+

+
Under your goal headline, create 3 columns:
+

+
FOR ME
+
FOR (NAME)
+
FOR THE FUTURE
+

+
Make your goal "live" with three different parts of your personality: The "Self" part, the "Partner" part, and finally the "Purpose" part.
+

+
Self.Partner.Purpose. That's the secret. Include all three.
+

+
For example, under "For Me" you may write all the great things you'll get from achieving this goal. You'll feel better in your clothes. You'll have a more exciting love life perhaps. Maybe you'll have more self-esteem. It's up to you as this is personal.
+

+
Next, what will your body change do for your most significant other? Perhaps this is a spouse, a friend, a loved one, or a child. Spell out how it will affect their lives for the better.
+

+
Finally, how will this affect your future... your "Purpose" in life? What will change? Will you have more opportunity at your job? More influence over those you care about?
+

+
Can you see how 'this' style of goal-setting is hands-down better than "I want to lose --------"?
+

+
3. Journal your journey:
+

+
Record your journey; not every day unless you can, and don't set unrealistic expectations like, "I'm writing down everything I eat, do, feel... " There will be days where you will not want to, and that may make you feel like you let yourself down.
+

+
Make it simple: Journal at least 3 days per week and more if you can. Write down how you FEEL about your journey, not just "I lost 4 kg’s today." That means 'nothing' to the real you. The REAL YOU wants to have that 4 kg’s MEAN SOMETHING.
+

+
What does it mean? How do you feel? How are you reacting to the new you and the journey? What do you need to change in order to make the journey even better?
+

+
Folks, apply these 3 tips and tools and you will explode past any weight loss plateau you may encounter. Just be sure to make the writing process as personal, detailed, and inclusive (family/friends/etc.) as possible.
+

+
Do that, and you will have more than a pep-talk-style motivation. You'll have the real deal.
+

+
"Decide To Live Fit!"
+

+
If I could instil one absolute truth into your mind today it would be this:
+

+
Ongoing "big-picture" motivation is NOT a luxury option... it is the driving force behind everything important to you!
+
