## TRIM

removes excess spaces from a text string.

### Syntax:

**TRIM(text)**

- returns
with any leading or trailing spaces removed, and with any multiple spaces replaced with a single space.**text**

### Example:

**TRIM(" Good Morning ")**

- returns
.**Good Morning**
