## B

Calculates probabilities for a binomial distribution.

### Syntax:

**B(n; p; k; k2)**

- With
independent trials, each with a probability**n**of success,**p**returns the probability that the number of successes will be between**B**and**k**inclusive, or if**k2**is omitted the probability that the number of successes will be exactly**k2**.**k**

### Example:

**B(10; 1/6; 2) **

- returns approximately 0.29 (29%), the probability that the number four will be thrown exactly twice in 10 throws of a die.

### Issues:

- Excel does not have this function.
