description.xml 作为额外提供的有用信息（诸如依赖关系、授权许可和更新信息）的手段。它可被扩展以支持以后的新功能。文件必需存放在扩展所在的根目录并且文件名是区分大小写的。

在 oxt 程序包中查询 description.xml 是区分大小写的。当将扩展内容打包成 oxt 程序包时这点至关重要。
