Comments on Action Items

TBO: Currently when uploading an extension with the same file name as another extension, the file name is changed. TBO is working on this.
The category area is not useful as category, because the different font sizes and the arrangement of the names makes it hard to use it. Therefore it is renamed from Categories to Tags. Also the "By Category" link will be renamed to "By Tags". If may decide later about the introduction of useful categories. One also needs to clarify the process of adding new categories.
