To restructure and publish the Developer's Guide on the OOo wiki to foster collaboration and ease access.

Issues
Some of the things being discussed are:
- Navigation through documents. Possible solutions are:
- Using the MenuTabs extension
- Using a Template... Template:NavigationTemplate Subsections are hidden by using 'none' syntax (default in template code), and shown by using 'block' syntax in the Template link.
- Efficient and manageable Table of Contents
- Presenting the reader their location within a larger document
This is all solved by using the NavigationTemplate concept.
Some issues are nice to have features, others may be solved by migrating the documentation from the existing linear flow to a more task based presentation.
