You can apply styles with the keyboard too. Here are the steps for setting up styles so you can apply them with a keyboard shortcut.

  1. Choose Tools > Customize.
  2. Select the Keyboard tab.
  3. Select the shortcut key to assign from the list of shortcut keys.
  4. Select Style from the Category list.
  5. Scroll down to the Styles entry and click the + sign to show the style types of OOo.
  6. Select the style to assign from the Function list.
  7. Click OK.
