The Database Docu Coordinator is a member of the OOo QA Database Team and has following functions inside the OOo project:
- make oo wiki (category database & qa) to the main point of information of topic related stuff
- link or copy senseful information to this point
- improve structure and (make it more overviewable, specially for beginners)
- review new created documents and work as a gatekeeper
- delete outdated and redundant stuff and keep the area clean
- initiate and coordinate translations of docs from other languages
- hold the contact and connection to non-english base related persons and stuff with doku interrests
- initiate, coordinate and review TCS in base area
- transfer former docs (html etc.) to wiki
- keep contact to doku writers, developement & qa, hold everything together and inform about new topics/stuff
