These instructions assume a clean install of OpenOffice.org 3.x with no predefined Basic Dialogs.
- Choose Tools - Macros - Organize Dialogs
- Select My Dialogs - Standard
- Click New.
- Enter DlgDef for the dialog name, and click OK.
- Click Edit.
- Reposition/resize the floating toolbar and the Dialog edit area to fit a small size window for the screen capture.

Click on a date/time to view the file as it appeared at that time.
