BESSELY

Calculates the Bessel function of the second kind (the Neumann or Weber function).

Syntax:

BESSELY(x; n)

returns the Bessel function of the second kind, of order n, evaluated at x.

The Bessel functions of the second kind Y_n(x) (also known as Neumann N_n(x) or Weber functions) are solutions to the Bessel differential equation which are singular at the origin.

Example:

BESSELY(4; 1)

returns 0.397925709051.
