The Net Promoter Score is a measure of how willing someone is to refer our product to a friend.

Question

  • On a scale 0-10, how likely is it that you would recommend OpenOffice to a friend or colleague?"

Calculation

Net Promoter Score = % of Promoters - % of Detractors
