Securing this Page
Well, I took the chance of elevating myself, after that no response to my requests in the dev mailing list and elsewhere was given.
However, we should consider securing this page from random editing in order that the information on this page won't get changed by the more "casual" members of the project, whatsoever.
Additionally I believe, that we should make this page a per major release resource, so that only the members of the actual major release are listed on the respective page. Having a per release resource will make the history on past "who's who" available in the future as well. For this, I will set up a special template, namely the OOPM:Templates:Documentation:Shared:WhosWho template.
