Standard Operating Procedures
- Objective
The objective of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is to improve the quality of OOo through implementing a standardised way of performing various common tasks.

- standardize the common work flow
- establish clear responsibilities
- make the pathway transparent
- ensure proper control and record keeping
