To recreate this screen capture:
- Download DlgDefn.ODT
- Open the document, and enable macros
- Go to Tools - Macros - Organize Macros - OpenOffice.org Basic...
- Go to DlgDefn.odt - Standard - DlgCode
- Click Edit
- Make sure you are in the DlgCode tab, and then press F5 to run the Macro (will resize the window to a standard size)
- Click the DlgDef tab, and you should have the correct layout available for the screen capture.
